These scenes are done with Jami's "flame painting" technique, where she precisely melts hand mixed glass colors onto the back of clear, freehand in a torch flame.

This pendant is slightly larger than a quarter, and has a medium sized loop (approx. 6mm) that will easily fit on many different necklaces, including silver / gold, or any of the small pearls, gemstones and beads that we have available. Though it comes ready to wear with a complimentary adjustable black satin necklace!

It is handmade individually by Jami of Bella Glass, entirely freehand in a torch flame, out of borosilicate (pyrex) glass.

Even though it's glass, we create work that is very difficult to break.

Glass is usually best viewed in direct sunlight to see its truest colors and most beautiful appearance. Its look will vary depending on the conditions in which it is seen (Fluorescent being the worst, LED's are usually better) We really try our best with the pics and description to show how it really looks, but it may look slightly different and often even better in person!
